From my early teenage years, is when I started using a computer on a regular basis. I taught myself how to build a web page, how to troubleshoot software issues, and graphic design.
When I could, I took electives in school that would help me learn and grow my skills. When I decided to go to college, I enrolled in a Graphic Design program. I graduated with my A.A. in Graphic Design, and started working in a Print Design Shop.
A few years down the road, I decided I wanted to focus my skills on web design, and went back to get my bachelors in Web Design & Development. I graduated in 2016 with my Bachelors Degree.
While in college I worked in a call center providing tech support and assistance over the phone.
I worked in the tech support for about 7 years. It taught me a lot about customer service, and understanding peoples perceptions of technology.
My goal with Geek2Go is to provide excellent value in everything I do for my clients. My clients I help appreciate my friendly demeanor and simple, jargon-free language.
