oUR Mission

When you come to Geek2Go with electronic device issue, we have the technical aptitude and experience to repair it. Our goal is to provide proactive technical support when applicable, solving problems before they arise, by educating customers and making them feel confident and excited about using their device.

Technology is a tool. It can be an asset to our lives, if used properly. Customers like knowing who they can turn to, in the event they are struggling with their device. Our customers mean everything to us and because of them we strive to continuously improve and evolve our processes and techniques to better serve their needs.

Meet the owner

Hello. My name is Laura Moser. I am the Owner and Certified Repair Technician for Geek2Go. A former Pine River-Backus Graduate. I went to Florida and to obtain my Associate and Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design & Web Design. In 2013 I moved back to Minnesota, and took up residence in Pequot Lakes. I am a diehard Vikings fan. Computer Geek. Comic Book enthusiast and Minecraft Explorer.

I knew that a lot of people out there would get very frustrated with their technology, and they weren’t utilizing it correctly, and that, in turn, made them not want to buy any technology, because they lacked confidence in how to use it properly.

My passion for computers and new technology made me the go-to person in my family for all things technology. This is what inspired me to open Geek2Go in May 2021, a repair and tech support business for phones, tablets, and computers, with the added ability of bringing my expertise into my customers’ homes and businesses.

I would always get really excited when new phones or tablets would come out. And so, I’m a geek at heart, hence the name... Geek2Go!

My experience

From my early teenage years, is when I started using a computer on a regular basis. I taught myself how to build a web page, how to troubleshoot software issues, and graphic design. When I could, I took electives in school that would help me learn and grow my skills. When I decided to go to college, I enrolled in a Graphic Design program. I graduated with my A.A. in Graphic Design, and started working in a Print Design Shop.

A few years down the road, I decided I wanted to focus my skills on web design, and went back to get my bachelors in Web Design & Development. I graduated in 2016 with my Bachelors Degree. While in college I worked in a call center providing tech support and assistance over the phone. I worked in the tech support for about 7 years. It taught me a lot about customer service, and understanding peoples perceptions of technology.

My goal with Geek2Go is to provide excellent value in everything I do for my clients. My clients I help appreciate my friendly demeanor and simple, jargon-free language.

I have partnered with the following brands
