We offer flexible tech support both in-store and on-site, depending on what you need help with.

In-Store Tech Support is ideal for quick assistance and one-on-one help, including:

• Account recovery and password resets

• One-on-one tech coaching

In-store tech support starts at $29.99 for approximately 15–20 minutes.

On-Site Tech Support is available for more complex issues that are best handled at your home or business, such as:

We accept select computers, laptops, phones, game consoles, and other tech based on condition and resale value. Once accepted, we:

• Test and verify the device
