When Tech Breaks, We Fix It.

No appointment is required — walk-ins are always welcome for check-ins. If you prefer, you can schedule an appointment in advance. Extended tech support sessions may require an appointment to ensure we have enough time dedicated to you.

For iPhone and Samsung phone repairs, we do our best to offer same-day service, depending on part availability.

• If the part you need isn’t in stock and your phone is still usable, you’re welcome to keep your device and come back when the part arrives. We just ask that you stop in first so we can do a quick pre-inspection before ordering any parts.
• Tablets, game consoles, and computers need to be checked in. Typical turnaround is 2–4 business days, depending on our repair queue.
• Most phone and tablet parts arrive within 1–2 days, while PC parts may take 3–4 days.

Yes! We provide free recycling for laptops, computers, phones, and charging cables. Unfortunately, we cannot accept printers or TVs.

We stand behind our work and want you to feel confident about your repair or purchase:

• Repairs: 1-year labor warranty on all repairs.

• Parts: Most parts include a 1-year warranty (manufacturer coverage applies).

• Pre-Owned Devices: Up to a 3-year warranty (coverage explained at purchase).

• Smartphone & Tablet Screens: Lifetime manufacturer warranty against defects on aftermarket screens.

Our warranty applies to the specific issue we repaired. For example, if we replaced your screen and later your charge port stops working, that would be considered a separate repair and not covered under the original warranty.

Please note: warranties don’t cover accidental damage (drops, liquid, misuse), but we’ll always be upfront about your options if something happens.

Yes. We take your privacy and data security very seriously. Our technicians only access what’s necessary to complete your repair. For services like data recovery, we’ll discuss the process with you ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect. Whenever possible, we recommend backing up your device before bringing it in — but rest assured, your personal information stays private and secure with us.

Our Tech Consignment Program lets you sell eligible computers, laptops, phones, and other tech through Geek2Go without the hassle of online marketplaces.
