No. Parts are separate. This includes SSDs, batteries, screens, chargers, RAM, keyboards, and other hardware.
No. The first standard service labor benefit is for annual prepaid enrollment only.
Yes. Monthly plans require auto-renewal and must be cancelled with at least 10 days' notice before the next billing date. No refunds are given for months already billed.
Yes. Extra phones and tablets can be added where supported. Mobile device add-ons include mobile security setup or review.
No. Managed Care is a technology protection, maintenance, and support plan. It does not cover accidental damage, broken screens, liquid damage, theft, or hardware replacement.
