Our Mail-in Process
Mail Your Device:
Send your device to us at: 4552 Main St. Pequot Lakes, MN 56472
Diagnostic Fee:
Our diagnostic fee is $75, covering the time and materials needed to thoroughly assess and troubleshoot your device. If, during our initial inspection, we determine the device is not repairable, there will be no charge, and we will return your device to you.
If repair is possible, we will confirm your original quote and send an invoice for the $75 diagnostic fee, which will be credited toward the total repair cost.
Repair Process:
If repairable, we’ll proceed with the service. You’ll receive updates, including photos of data recovery or the repaired device.
Final Invoice & Shipping:
Once the repair is complete, we’ll send a final invoice for payment. Upon receipt, we’ll ship your device back to you.
Estimated Turnaround Time: Approximately 1-2 weeks per device, depending on the project scope.
